Resolved Question: Question about Wikipedia editing?

When editing on Wikipedia, what is the notation to make when a DIRECT quote has not been notated? Meaning, someone literally quoted someone, but did not put who said that? Should I just use the usual {{citation needed}}? That doesn't seem right because that is about making CLAIMS without backing them up. Should I use {{according to whom}}? That also doesn't seem right because that is about opinions held and/or subjectiveness. Or is there something else to use when it's a DIRECT quote and all it needs is to add who said it? Eitan, that's the thing...at the end of a section, someone put a quote (in quote marks) as the last sentence (it was releveant), but did not say who it was that said it.
