Open Question: What sources can I use for my term paper that don't include online encyclopedias, wikipedia, or textbooks?

I'm writing a book review, not report, and I have to include at least five outside sources beyond the novel I have to write about but they cannot include online encyclopedias or textbooks. Also, is SIRS or Gale online encyclopedias or no? Thanks in advance.
