Resolved Question: How do I make a table of contents (like on Wikipedia)?

I am making a site on Google Sites, and I need to make a table of contents and places I can jump to; so if my site is "www.mysite.com/homepage" I want to know what you do to make something like: "www.mysite.com/homepage#home". I hope you understand my English. :/
