Ok so I have 100 smithing and I have full dragon armor, and all I need now is to make my ebony bow flawless and it says I have the right materials to make it flawless but it won't let me craft the item. When I press craft it says " You lack the perk to improve magical items" what does this mean?! PLEASE HELP!
