Where I'm coming from, I wouldn't like it if someone posted my picture on Wikipedia, even if they asked me beforehand, but I'm not sure how others are about this? Like, do they enjoy the attention, or not really?
For example, if you snapped some pictures of women at a nude beach? Remember, if it's on public property it's legal to take pictures!
Background for my question:
Let's say I have a right angle mirror attachment to put on my camera, so it looks like I'm pointing it one way when I'm really taking a picture the other way. If I point it toward the ground, it really makes it unnoticeable that I'm taking a picture of someone. I also bought some of that "one-way mirror" film to put over the hole of where it takes a picture through, to make it even more sneaky.
In addition to that, let's say I was in Hawaii not long ago on vacation, and when there I went to an "Unofficial Nude Beach". This beach is at a state park, and since it's out in the open on public property paid for with public tax dollars, it's perfectly legal to take pictures there, even of other people (it was their choice to be out in public). Let's say when there, I may have used my right angle mirror camera attachment to walk up to nude women and snap pictures. If I did do this, do you think they would mind if I posted their pictures on Wikipedia? (On Wikipedia it says it's their policy not to remove pictures some may see as offensive, as long as it's relevant to the Wikipedia topic: So I was thinking maybe add it to the state park's wikipedia article or perhaps "The History of Nudity" or maybe "Nude Beach")
If these women found out about it, do you think they'd be upset or not really care all that much. At first, I was thinking most think it's embarrassing to be seen nude by others, but then I got thinking that they were out in the open on a beach at a state park open to the public; their choice. In addition to that, a lot of women like to be seen as "pretty". So, that's why I'm asking.
