So I was globally banned from Wikia for petty reasons, and I've been trying to use a proxy to get out of the bans; I downloaded Tor. Anyways, instead of blocking my account, Wikia is autobanning the new IP. I need out of this because I am no troll. I actually run a wiki and there's people who rely on me, but I was framed and staff is too incompetent to do anything about it. Please help. Is there a different proxy server I could use for free that I could use regularly? Or maybe teach me how to change my IP address on Windows Vista. I've looked up how but it seems I'm doing something wrong because it's not working. This has just become a huge nightmare.
