Question: What website should I use to write my article?

I wanted to write an article on wikihow about how to take cornell notes, but somebody I had already wrote an article similar and wikihow would only let me edit the article. I want to make an article with videos, pictures, and information. I was going to do it on PowerPoint, but you can't make videos on it like wikihow.
