Resolved Question: Does wikia publish your IP if you edit their sites without log in like the real wiki?

I can't find that info anywhere. Thanks. What I'm asking is: Is the IP published PUBLICLY. you seem to say there's hoops to go thru? Would the editors find my IP? I read they can hack you if they have your IP.
