This may sound silly but I don't get how these bills will censor the internet :/ Can someone explain to me how these bills will destroy freedom of speech? I don't know anything about how the internet works and how file-sharing works, I'm really bad with that kinda stuff. I'm seriously confused because everyone I've spoken to says these bills will seriously effect freedom of speech and information.
