Open Question: creating trac wiki table/image?

I am currently creating a trac wiki page for a large amount of documentation that is currently on a different website that will be soon taken down. I am using trac wiki 0.11 and my problem is that on the older site there are 2 pictures of tables that are pretty small but I'm having a little problem getting them on the wiki. I've tried using the wikiformatting syntax for creating a simple table but I cannot merge the first cell to create a table header and I don't think I can get the newer version of wiki. I also thought of using html and just having an Image may be NSFW.
Clik here to view. tag but then I figured the only way other people would be able to see the image is if they had the image themselves or if the image was stored with everything else on the wiki and i have no clue how that would be possible any help would be appreciated
