that Wikipedians can be blocked from editting Wikipedia for the following two reasons:
* Being so obnoxious the community wants to see you gone
* Making a mess of things, and the community thinks you are not able to contribute to the encyclopedia as a whole.
Please provide examples of such blocks.

My answer:
I am looking for URLs pointing to examples of editors who have been blocked for such "infractions". The reason I am looking for concrete examples, is to verify that indeed these offences (being considered obnoxious and making a mess of things) can get an editor blocked.
