Yahoo Answers: Wikipedia

Is it immediately accepted and added on the page and everyone could read it...? Or is there any form of censorship before added??? I mean registered people only

I'm using the cologne blue skin in wikipedia (one of the few thousands that does, actually). I have used a load of custom css to tweak wikipedia to make it look like the way I want it, but I don't know how to hide the blue header and all the links on the top. I'd like to hide the blue header entirely, as well as the "The Free Encyclopedia" right under the big "Wikipedia" in the blue header using CSS. Can anyone help, because there is very little documentation about this skin and the blue header that it has.

Fact/Fiction

I've been addicted to playr.org for a while now and it got me to thinking, is there more sites like this? They let you play games online, specifically retro classic games, and they play right on the website in the browser, I don't know what technology they use, maybe flash or java. But anyways, it's all old school retro stuff but they don't have that big of a selection, the only systems they have is Game Boy Color, Game Boy and I think that's all. So are there any other similar sites to playR? Don't get me wrong, it's a great site but I just want more games.

I am a member of several Wiki pages, and an administrator for some. Where would be a good place to go to online to ask for instructions on using Wikis? Is there a forum?

I am creating an article about a historical person in my place. The problem is that I want to insert an info table on the right of the article as many articles have with picture and the information below. How can I do that? Please help me!

First of all I want to clarify some issues; I have no notion at all about programming or its related terminology. Second, I have been scouring throughout wikipedia looking for help, but cannot understand the articles about this matter (dumps, book creator etc). I'd like to download a certain category, namely linguistics, so that I can edit the articles thereof and eventually print them. I'd like to do this in 2 different languages, keeping enabled the hyperlinks to go from an article in a certain language to its associated one, as well as the hyperlinks between the articles downloaded, and also hyperlinks to articles in different categories that have not been downloaded, therefore taking you to wikipedia by means of a new tab in your browser. I suppose there must be a user-friendly editor able to deal with this, so that the final format be similar to that of an epub - side bookmarks, allowing a kinda tree-scheme of the full content, would be desirable ; otherwise, what would be the best alternative?
